Q: I can't find registration form here. Where can I register?
A: Web registration form is here. You can too register directly using your client.
Q: SSL certificate is self-signed. Where is fingerprint?
A: No, it's not self-signed. Signed by Let's encrypt CA. It's not possible publish for all our domains every 90 days new fingerprints, sorry.
Q: When I log in, a window to update my personal details appears. How can I solve it?
A: You are most likely trying to save too large photo into your profile. Try to resize your photo to less than 60KB.
Q: We have a restrictive firewall in our company/network and I can not connect.
A: Try to manually specifiy server/host address to conn443.jabb.im and the port to 443. Leave the server name the same.
Q: What to do in order to avoid complications in case I lose my password?
A: Fill a working email in your profile. Send a new password to the email address entered in the business card is easy.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: In your favorite client, web form for changing your password is here.
Q: What should I do, if I forget the password anyway?
A: Use the Support button at the bottom right on this webpage and try to send us e.g. at least three contacts you have in your account. If you send a screenshot with the history of communication, it will be great.
